Terms Agreement
Thank you for playing Puzzle Rush — Match & Collect! These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Cyrus Muchiri Warue that governs your use of the app.
By clicking "agree" or simply using the app, you are entering into this binding agreement with Cyrus Muchiri Warue. These Terms take effect immediately upon your first use.
Age Requirement: This app is intended for users who meet the minimum age required by Google Play and local law. Minors may only use Puzzle Rush — Match & Collect with verified parental or guardian consent.
Cyrus Muchiri Warue may revise these Terms. We will provide notice of material changes. Your continued use of Puzzle Rush — Match & Collect after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms work alongside our Privacy Policy. Both documents together govern your relationship with Cyrus Muchiri Warue.

Product Use Context
These Terms apply to Puzzle Rush — Match & Collect in the context of its app presentation. The theme and interface are part of the app experience and do not create external ownership or transferable rights unless a separate official notice says so.
Use the app only for ordinary personal access and do not interfere with security, availability, advertising, measurement, or support systems.
Age and Eligibility
Before playing Puzzle Rush — Match & Collect, please confirm that you meet our eligibility requirements outlined below.
This app is intended for users who meet the minimum age required by Google Play and local law. Use of Puzzle Rush — Match & Collect by persons below the applicable minimum age without parental consent is prohibited.
Legal Capacity
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a minor, you represent that you are their authorized parent or guardian.
Restrictions Apply: Prior account bans, geographic restrictions, or legal prohibitions in your jurisdiction may prevent your use of Puzzle Rush — Match & Collect.
We may request reasonable verification of eligibility. Providing false eligibility information may result in immediate account termination.

Account Management
Your Puzzle Rush — Match & Collect account is personal to you. Here are the rules for keeping it secure and using it responsibly.
Security Responsibility: You are responsible for all activity under your account. Keep your credentials secure and contact our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
What You May Not Do: Create multiple accounts, share account access, transfer or sell your account, or impersonate other users.
Account Suspension
Cyrus Muchiri Warue may suspend or permanently close accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or have been compromised.

License to Play
These Terms grant you a specific, limited right to use Puzzle Rush — Match & Collect. Read this section to understand the scope of that right.
You have our permission to download, install, and use Puzzle Rush — Match & Collect on your own device(s) for personal, non-commercial entertainment. This permission is limited and can be revoked.
Your license does not permit: commercial exploitation, reverse engineering, creation of derivative works, redistribution, sublicensing, or removal of proprietary notices from Puzzle Rush — Match & Collect.

Prohibited Conduct
Playing Puzzle Rush — Match & Collect comes with behavioral responsibilities. Violating these rules may result in account action.
No Cheating: Using bots, hacks, mods, or exploits to gain unfair advantages is strictly prohibited. Found a bug? Please report it to our support team instead of exploiting it.
Be Respectful: Harassment, bullying, hate speech, threats, and discriminatory conduct are not tolerated in Puzzle Rush — Match & Collect.
Consequences
Violations may result in: warnings, feature restrictions, temporary suspension, or permanent account ban. Severity of action depends on the nature and frequency of the violation.

Virtual Economy
Puzzle Rush — Match & Collect includes a virtual economy with in-game currency and items. Here's how they work.
Not Real Money: Virtual currency (like gems or coins) and items in Puzzle Rush — Match & Collect have no monetary value outside the game. They cannot be converted to real currency or transferred to other games.
Acquiring virtual currency or items grants you a revocable license to use those game features — not ownership of any digital property.
Game Balance Changes: We may modify, rebalance, or retire virtual items as we update the game. Material changes to purchased items will be communicated in advance.
You may not sell, trade, transfer, or gift virtual items or currency to other players outside of explicit in-game mechanics.

Puzzle Rush — Match & Collect Intellectual Property
Cyrus Muchiri Warue creates and maintains Puzzle Rush — Match & Collect as an original work protected by copyright, trademark, and other IP laws.
The Application and all game content (art, music, text, code, characters, trademarks) are the exclusive property of Cyrus Muchiri Warue or its licensors, protected by copyright and other laws.
Fan Content: Personal, non-commercial sharing of gameplay content is permitted and encouraged. Commercial exploitation of our IP requires prior written permission.
Prohibited: Copying, modifying, distributing, selling, commercially exploiting, or creating derivative works of Puzzle Rush — Match & Collect content without prior written consent from Cyrus Muchiri Warue.
If you submit feedback about Puzzle Rush — Match & Collect, you grant Cyrus Muchiri Warue the right to use it without compensation.

Warranty Limitations
We work hard to make Puzzle Rush — Match & Collect great, but we can't make every guarantee. Here's an honest statement of our warranty limitations.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Cyrus Muchiri Warue DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Service Availability: We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to Puzzle Rush — Match & Collect. Downtime may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
Third-party services and platforms integrated with Puzzle Rush — Match & Collect are subject to their own terms and warranties. Cyrus Muchiri Warue is not responsible for their performance.
Consumer Laws: If you reside in a jurisdiction that mandates certain implied warranties or consumer protections, those rights are not waived by this Agreement.

Our Liability Limits
This section sets caps on Cyrus Muchiri Warue's legal exposure in connection with Puzzle Rush — Match & Collect.
No Indirect Damages
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cyrus Muchiri Warue is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Puzzle Rush — Match & Collect, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
Maximum Liability: Cyrus Muchiri Warue's total liability to you for any cause of action is limited to the greater of your payments to us in the prior 12 months or USD $100.
Nothing in this Agreement limits liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that applicable law prohibits limiting.
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain liability limitations. In such cases, limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Your Indemnification Obligation

You Agree to Indemnify Us
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cyrus Muchiri Warue, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your use or misuse of Puzzle Rush — Match & Collect
- Your misuse of the app
- Your violation of third-party rights or applicable law

Conflict Resolution
Disputes are best resolved informally. Here's our process for handling disagreements about Puzzle Rush — Match & Collect.
Most disputes can be resolved with a simple conversation. Please email our support team first. If we can't resolve your issue within 30 days, you may proceed to formal dispute resolution.
Arbitration
If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding individual arbitration rather than court, where permitted by law. Arbitration is faster, less expensive, and more private than litigation.
No Class Actions
You agree to resolve disputes with Cyrus Muchiri Warue on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in class action or group proceedings.
Exceptions: Either party may seek emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction. Individual small claims actions are also exempt from this arbitration agreement.
If you prefer not to be bound by the arbitration agreement, you may opt out by emailing our support team within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.

Ending These Terms
This section explains when and how Cyrus Muchiri Warue and you may terminate the agreement and your access to Puzzle Rush — Match & Collect.
Voluntary Termination: Stop using Puzzle Rush — Match & Collect and uninstall it at any time. To permanently delete your account and data, contact our support team.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account for: Terms violations, fraud, abuse, or conduct that harms the Puzzle Rush — Match & Collect community. We'll provide notice when circumstances allow.
When your account is terminated: (1) access ends; (2) earned virtual items may be forfeited; (3) provisions that by nature survive (IP, indemnity, arbitration) remain enforceable.

Applicable Jurisdiction
This section tells you which country's laws apply to these Terms and any disputes.
The laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Cyrus Muchiri Warue is registered govern these Terms, without giving effect to conflict-of-law principles.
Venue: You agree that any legal action not subject to arbitration shall be filed in the appropriate courts of the jurisdiction governing these Terms.
EU/UK Note: If you're an EU or UK consumer, mandatory local consumer laws apply in addition to this Agreement. Nothing here removes statutory consumer rights.

When Terms Change
Cyrus Muchiri Warue keeps these Terms current. Here's how updates are communicated and when they apply.
Notice of Changes: Material changes get in-app notifications. The effective date on this page always reflects the latest version. For major rights changes, we give at least 14 days advance notice.
The effective date shown on these Terms is the date they apply. Using the app after this date confirms your acceptance.
If you don't accept updated Terms, stop using Puzzle Rush — Match & Collect before they take effect. Contact our support team to close your account.

Miscellaneous Provisions
In addition to all other terms, the following general provisions apply to your use of Puzzle Rush — Match & Collect.
Complete Agreement: This document and our Privacy Policy represent the entire agreement between you and Cyrus Muchiri Warue and supersede all prior understandings.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, and all other provisions will remain in full effect.
Any failure to enforce these Terms doesn't constitute a waiver. Cyrus Muchiri Warue reserves all enforcement rights at all times.
Assignment: You cannot assign your rights or obligations under these Terms. We may assign ours in a merger, acquisition, or restructuring.

Force Majeure: Cyrus Muchiri Warue is not liable for failures or delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control — including natural disasters, government actions, cyber attacks, or internet infrastructure failures.
Electronic Agreement: These Terms are a valid contract even though they're digital. Your use of Puzzle Rush — Match & Collect is your binding electronic signature.

Player Safety
Certain light patterns or flickering visuals may cause epileptic seizures in some players. Anyone with a personal or family history of seizures, convulsions, or epilepsy should seek medical advice before playing.
If you experience any of the following while playing Puzzle Rush — Match & Collect: dizziness, distorted vision, eye or muscle twitching, unconsciousness, confusion, any involuntary movement, or convulsions — stop playing immediately if you experience these symptoms and consult a doctor.

Rest Regularly: We recommend a 10 to 15 minute break after every hour of gameplay. Excessive screen time can cause eye strain and fatigue.
